The Southern California Library Cooperative (SCLC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Outreach Campaign to Promote Home Connectivity Kits at California Public Libraries.
The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to hire a Consultant or Firm to conduct an outreach Campaign to support services of the California State Library.
